Ask about managementWe keep the software your site runs on up to date: WordPress core, plugins and themes, Shopify apps, or the libraries in a custom build. Before each update there is a backup, and if an update breaks something we roll it back.

We watch for the site going down, check that the security certificate renews, and look for the warning signs of a compromised site. If something goes wrong, we are the people you call.

Each month includes time for the changes that pile up: a new page from an existing template, text and image swaps, a broken form, a slow page. Larger changes are quoted before we start.

Website management costs $50 to $150 a month. Where you sit in that range depends on the size of the site, the platform it runs on and how many changes you need each month. A small brochure site with few changes sits at the low end; a store or a site you update every week sits higher.
