Privacy policy

What we collect when you use kryloweb.com or get in touch, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 11 October 2026.

The short version

This website sets statistics cookies only if you allow them, and it has no advertising trackers. We only learn who you are if you contact us, and then we use what you send us to reply and, if we work together, to run the project.

Who we are

KRYLOweb is the web design and development studio of Krylo Solutions Private Limited, a company registered in India. We decide how the personal data described here is used, so we are responsible for it. You can reach us about anything on this page at hello@kryloweb.com.

When you contact us

The form on our contact page doesn't send anything to our servers. When you press "Send enquiry", it opens your own email app with your message filled in. Nothing reaches us until you send that email yourself.

The email contains what you chose to write: your name, your email address, your company if you added it, the services you're interested in and your message. If you email us directly, we get whatever you include.

We use these details to reply to you, to discuss your project and, if you become a client, to deliver it. For visitors in the UK and the EU, our legal basis is taking the steps you asked for before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We don't sell your details, add you to a mailing list or use them for advertising.

What your browser keeps

The site remembers three things in your browser's local storage: whether you chose the light or dark theme, whether you turned the homepage sound on or off, and the answer you gave to the cookie question. They stay on your device, are never sent to us and don't identify you. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.

The cookie question asks whether we may use statistics cookies. If you allow them, an analytics tool records how the site is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive (for example from a search or an ad), roughly where they are, and what device and browser they use. We use this to see what is useful and improve the site, and not to identify you personally. If you choose essentials only, no statistics cookies are set and nothing is recorded about your visit beyond the server logs described below.

You can change your answer at any time under Cookie settings in the footer of any page.

Services that handle data for us

Our hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, the pages requested and browser type, to run the site and keep it secure.

The site is served through Cloudflare, which protects it from attacks and makes it load faster. Cloudflare processes your IP address to do this and may set a cookie that is strictly necessary to tell people from bots. It isn't used to track you.

Our fonts are stored on our own server, so loading the site doesn't send your details to a font service.

Links to other sites

We link to our profiles on LinkedIn, X and Facebook, and to our parent company at krylo.co. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you're there. Our blog at kryloweb.com/blog runs on separate software; if it uses cookies, it says so on the blog.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to reply to you and, for clients, for as long as we work together and the law requires us to keep business records afterwards. If you ask us to delete your details, we will, unless we have to keep them by law.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. These rights come from India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, if you are in the UK or the EU, from the GDPR. Email hello@kryloweb.com and we'll answer within one month.

If you're not happy with how we handle your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live, such as the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK or the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or how we use it changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
