Prices against US agencies

Our prices are $500 to $3,000 for a small business site, $3,000 to $10,000 for a larger site or web app, and $500 to $5,000 for a store. Digitaleer's 2026 guide puts a typical custom website at $12,000 to $35,000, and DesignStudioUIUX puts a basic site at $5,000 to $15,000.

What's included

  • Prices in US dollars
  • Scope and price agreed in writing before work starts
  • Website management from $50 a month

Accessibility built in

US businesses face accessibility complaints and lawsuits over websites, and the usual benchmark is WCAG 2.1 at level AA. We build to it from the start: readable contrast, keyboard access, proper labels and headings, and alt text, checked with automated tools and by hand.

What's included

  • WCAG 2.1 AA as the build standard
  • Keyboard and screen reader checks
  • No accessibility overlay widgets

Working across time zones

We work on UTC+5:30, nine and a half to thirteen and a half hours ahead of US time zones. What you send at the end of your day is worked on overnight, and you usually have progress to review the next morning. We book calls at times that suit your mornings or evenings.

What's included

  • Replies within one business day
  • Progress waiting for you each morning
  • Calls booked to suit your hours

Why a US business would hire a remote studio

For most US businesses the reason is cost: a full-time developer in the US costs far more than a project. The Bureau of Labor Statistics put the median pay for web developers at $92,650 in May 2025, before benefits, equipment and recruiting.

The trade-off is distance. A written scope, a staging site you can click through before launch, and one team doing both design and build keep the usual risks of working remotely under control. Legal questions about accessibility or privacy should go to your own counsel.

Common questions

Are your prices in US dollars?
Yes. Every price on the site is in US dollars.
Do you build ADA compliant websites?
We build to WCAG 2.1 level AA, the standard US courts and the Department of Justice point to, and test with automated tools and by hand. No website can be certified as compliant, and legal advice should come from your counsel.
Can you work with our in-house team?
Yes. We can design and build alongside your developers or marketing team, or take a project on fully.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, if you need one before sharing details of the project.
